Terms of sale

In force from 2 September 2026.

1. Who you are buying from

DC ESCRYPT SL — Calle Torre Bermeja 2, Urb. Marbella Views, Villa 8, 29679 Benahavís (Málaga), Spain · NIF B55413975.
The company runs two stores: Smoozy Go (smoozygo.es) and KRAHS eSIM (esim.krahs.app). Same seller, same terms.
Contact: support@smoozygo.es · support@krahs.app.

2. What you are buying

A mobile data plan delivered as an eSIM profile — a QR code and an activation string, sent by email. There is no physical SIM card and nothing is shipped.

The plan runs on a mobile network operator's network. We are a reseller: we buy the plan from a wholesale supplier (MobiMatter or eSIM Access) and resell it to you. The network, its coverage and its speed are theirs, not ours.

Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Check yours on our device list before you pay. A plan bought for a device that cannot install it is still a plan that was delivered — see Refunds for what we do in that case.

3. Price and payment

We check two things before taking your money: that the plan is still available from the supplier, and that we can actually buy it. If either fails you are told so and nothing is charged.

4. Delivery

Delivery is by email, immediately after the payment is confirmed — seconds in the normal case. The same eSIM is also on your order page and, if you sign in, in your account.

If issuing the eSIM fails after you have paid, our watchdog retries on its own and we email you. If it still cannot be issued, you get your money back in full without asking.

5. When the plan starts counting

This is the part most worth reading. Different plans start at different moments, and the rule is set by the supplier, not by us. In our catalogue you will find:

The rule that applies to your plan is written on the plan card, under Activation, before you pay. If the card shows nothing there, the supplier gave us nothing — ask us and we will find out before you buy.

Validity is counted in whole days from activation, and data is counted by the network. When the days run out or the data is used up, the plan ends. Unused data is not carried over and is not refunded.

6. Wallet balance

The wallet is a prepayment for our own services. It is held in US dollars, is shared between both our stores, does not expire, and can be topped up between $5 and $500 per top-up. It is not a payment account and pays no interest. An unspent balance can be refunded — see Refunds.

7. Your account

You can buy as a guest. If you create an account, there is no password: you sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email, valid for 10 minutes; a session lasts 30 days or until you log out. Ask us and the account is deleted — Privacy & data says exactly what is deleted and what has to be kept.

8. Fair use and abuse

We may refuse or cancel an order, and suspend an account, where there is fraud, a chargeback abuse pattern, resale of plans, or an attempt to break the shop. If we cancel an order for this reason and the plan has not been used, you get the money back.

9. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering a working eSIM profile for the plan you bought, and for putting it right if we do not. We are not responsible for the coverage, speed or outages of the mobile networks, for your device or its lock status, or for what you do with the connection.

None of this limits the rights Spanish and EU consumer law gives you. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins.

10. Law, complaints and disputes

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.

Write to us first — support@smoozygo.es or support@krahs.app. We answer complaints in writing. If we cannot agree, you can go to the consumer authority of your region in Spain (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor / Dirección General de Consumo) or to the equivalent body in your own country, and in any case to the courts.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). There is deliberately no link to it here: it no longer exists, and pointing you at a dead platform would be misleading.

11. Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid; the date is at the top of this page.
